What are MARTE pieces made from?

Every current MARTE piece has a stainless steel base. Georgia Pendant is available in bare polished stainless steel, black rhodium over stainless steel, or 18k gold plating over stainless steel. La Cruz Pendant is available in bare polished stainless steel or 18k gold plating over stainless steel. Phobos Ring, Foreigner Bracelet and Phobos Pendant are available in bare polished stainless steel or black rhodium over stainless steel.

Can I wear MARTE jewelry in water?

Stainless steel does not rust, so water is not a problem. Rinse your piece with fresh water after the sea or pool and dry it. Keep plated finishes away from bleach, solvents and abrasive polish.

Which Phobos Ring size should I choose?

Phobos Ring is available in US 9 and US 10 and runs true to US size. The band is 6 mm wide and 2 mm thick.

How does Foreigner Bracelet fit?

Foreigner Bracelet is 18 cm long with a 5 cm extender so you can adjust the fit. It combines a 5 mm cuban chain with a 3 mm cable chain.

How long are the pendant chains?

Georgia Pendant has a 63.5 cm ball chain that is 3 mm wide and a 32 x 20 x 2 mm tag. La Cruz Pendant has a 63.5 cm flat cable chain that is 3 mm wide and a 35 x 20 x 2 mm cross with a custom bail. Phobos Pendant has a 63.5 cm ball chain that is 3 mm wide and a ring that is 6 mm wide and 2 mm thick.

Where does MARTE ship?

We ship within Mexico. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on a weekend are dispatched the next business day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, or 6 to 8 business days in remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is MX$150 and is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is MX$1,500 or more. Any faster service available for your address is shown at checkout at its own price.

What is the return and cancellation policy?

You can cancel or return your purchase within five business days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your cost. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph so we can make it right. See the Refund policy for the full terms.

Which payment methods are available?

MARTE currently supports Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify Payments. The options shown at checkout can vary by device and market.
