Cancelling your order

You can cancel your purchase within five business days of receiving it, for any reason, and you do not have to tell us why.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is at your own cost. Once the piece reaches us in the condition it was sent, we refund you to the original payment method.

If something is wrong with your piece

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph and we will make it right.

This does not affect your rights under Mexican consumer law.
