Shipping policy

We ship within Mexico.

Dispatch

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a business day are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, are sent out on the next business day.

Delivery

Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to remote areas usually take 6 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of $1,500 MXN and over. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $150 MXN. If a faster service is available for your address, it is offered at checkout at its own price. The rate that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
